Serco Australia Pty Ltd is the Facilities Manager (FM) of FSH under the Facilities Management Services Contract (FMSC) (Contract). It is a condition of the Contract that the hospital is handed back to the State in a suitable condition and periodic hospital condition reviews are to be conducted.
