🌲 Walking Track Construction Services Panel (SR00574) The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) Blue Mountains Branch is inviting submissions to establish a panel of qualified suppliers for walking track construction services. This initiative supports critical infrastructure projects, including the Gardens of Stone State Conservation Area, Betterment, and Flood Recovery programs. 📋 Scope of Work Successful panel members will be responsible for a range of construction activities, including: Track Infrastructure: Construction, repair, and compaction of surfaces, including timber/stone steps, stepping stones, and retaining walls. Safety & Environment: Management of Environmental Management Plans, WHS compliance, and installation of handrail safety barriers. Operational Support: Un-bagging of helicopter-delivered materials, maintenance of hand tools, and provision of specialized construction equipment. Reporting: Monthly progress reporting, including tracking person-days and project milestones. Note: Design, material procurement, and helicopter operations are excluded from this scope. 🏗️ Requirements & Qualifications Social Procurement: Bidders must comply with NSW Government Construction and Shorter Payment Terms policies, including quarterly reporting requirements. Evaluation Criteria: Submissions will be assessed based on organizational capacity, financial stability, technical experience, and compliance with the provided RFT documentation. 📅 Key Details Contract Term: 2 years with a 12-month extension option.
