This project involves the development of a new Visitor Experience and Caves Management Centre and a dedicated Staff Accommodation facility. 📋 Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for the full construction lifecycle, including: Visitor Centre: Visitor service areas, merchandise displays, viewing decks, office space, and staff amenities. Staff Accommodation: A five-bedroom facility with full kitchen, dining, laundry, and bathroom amenities.
