๐Ÿ—๏ธ Project Overview The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (NPWS) is seeking a qualified contractor for the construction of new facilities at the Yarrangobilly Caves Precinct in Kosciuszko National Park. This project involves the delivery of a new Visitor Experience and Caves Management Centre, as well as a dedicated Staff Accommodation facility. ๐Ÿ“‹ Scope of Work The successful bidder will be responsible for the full construction lifecycle, including: Visitor Centre: Visitor service areas, merchandise space, viewing decks, office space, and staff amenities. Staff Accommodation: A five-bedroom facility with full living, dining, laundry, and utility areas. Infrastructure: Civil works, landscaping, and connection to all precinct services (electrical, water, sewer). Sustainability: Integration of PV solar power and battery storage systems.
