This project requires strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations regarding the handling and disposal of hazardous materials. π Key Requirements & Scope Scope of Work: Complete demolition of designated structures and safe removal/disposal of all asbestos-containing materials. Compliance: All waste must be managed in accordance with current legislative and environmental standards. Mandatory Qualification: Bidders must hold membership in the Construction Scheme (SCM0256) for works up to $1 million.
