💡 Tender Overview The Botanic Gardens of Sydney is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced event providers to design, supply, and install a large-scale, immersive light and sound experience at the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan (ABG). Titled "Garden of Light," this project aims to create a landmark attraction for Western Sydney that combines light art, music, and storytelling to boost visitation and nighttime activation. 🎯 Project Scope & Objectives The successful provider will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the event, including: Creative & Technical Design: Developing a bespoke immersive experience. Infrastructure & Systems: Supplying and installing necessary technical equipment. Production & Delivery: Managing all aspects of event execution. Maintenance: Ensuring operational standards during event mode. Key goals include celebrating nature, enhancing First Nations storytelling, attracting new tourists, and generating sustainable revenue for the organization. 📋 Requirements & Qualifications Bidders must demonstrate: An Australian-based delivery team capable of attending the site in person.
