### 🏗️ Project Overview EnergyCo is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified organizations for a **Design and Construct contract** to develop the **Newcastle Logistics Precinct (Stage 1)**. This critical infrastructure project aims to support the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap by enhancing portside storage and handling capacity for Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) equipment. ### 🎯 Project Goals & Scope The primary objective is to facilitate the efficient delivery of components for renewable energy projects, including generation, firming, and transmission infrastructure.
