* **Contractual Terms:** The project is a lump sum fixed price contract. Rise and Fall costs do not apply, and force majeure clauses are excluded.
* **Social Procurement:** The project is subject to Social Procurement policies regarding Construction and Shorter Payment Terms, requiring successful bidders to provide quarterly reporting.
