Summary and scope
The opportunityThe Groundwater Assessment and Modelling (GAM) team within the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is responsible for conducting groundwater modelling and assessments to better understand groundwater availability and risks, and for managing the infrastructure of the State Observation Bore Network (SOBN). The team also provides specialist advice to the Minister, to policy makers within DEECA and other state government agencies and authorities, and to the public, specifically on issues of state significance. The information and advice assist policymakers, resource managers, and water users in considering options to address the challenges posed by a changing industry and water availability, including those related to climate change.The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) T2026-0027 for the provision of the Groundwater Condition Reporting (GCR) platform.
