Summary and scope

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises,Set up air monitoring around removal site pre removal until clearance granted post removal.In conjunction with asbestos removal requirements; all hard furnishing from preschool to be hygienically cleaned and given to the school eg. tables chairs.Preschool building - remove asbestos, demolish and dispose of preschool building in its entirety, make good footprint of old building isolating and terminating services at site.Preschool: remove and dispose of gable end on sandpit shade structure, replace gable end with a suitable nonhazardous material and make good.Block 1 – Store Building – North-East Eaves - remove and disposal of ACM sheeting which is sagging atBlock 1 – Store Building – North-East Eaves - replace eaves lining with suitable nonhazardous material CFC sheeting and make good.Block 2 – External Veranda Floor - Remove and disposal of floor. Replace veranda floor with suitable replacement nonhazardous material and make good.
