🚔 Tender Overview: Enforcement Vehicle Fit-out and Decommissioning The Victorian Fisheries Authority (VFA) is seeking an experienced and accredited supplier to provide professional fit-out and decommissioning services for its fleet of enforcement vehicles. This contract supports the Community Engagement and Major Crime Division (CEMC) in maintaining operational readiness for marked patrol vehicles, unmarked covert patrol vehicles, and specialized surveillance vehicles. 🛠 Scope of Work Successful bidders will be responsible for: Installation: Fitting compliance lights, sirens, and encrypted radios across the VFA fleet. Decommissioning: Removing specialized equipment immediately prior to vehicle disposal or replacement. Volume: Managing an estimated turnover of approximately 9 vehicles per year. Contract Duration: Up to 5 years (3-year initial term with two 1-year extension options). 📋 Key Requirements To be eligible, suppliers must demonstrate: Proven experience in covert and overt installation of emergency equipment for compliance agencies.
