Summary and scope

The City of Bayswater is a metropolitan local government located approximately eight kilometers east of the Perth CBD. The City is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to prepare a Master Plan to direct and inform the future use and development of facilities and public open space at one of its major sports facilities, the Pat O'Hara Reserve at 12 Wellington Road in Morley. This includes a Feasibility Study to assess the viability of new and upgraded facility options. The sporting and community infrastructure on the Reserve is no longer adequate to meet the growing needs of the community, including key stakeholders, and the City has received State Government funding for a feasibility study of the rugby and basketball facilities, with view to further funding being provided from the State government for facility redevelopment as the project evolves.
