Summary and scope
The Town of Port Hedland property management team have identified certain areas within its current maintenance processes that require improvement to satisfy the needs of both internal and external customers In order to ensure the longevity of all air conditioning systems within its commercial and residential properties the town requires a rigid preventative planned maintenance schedule to be implemented to include the annual servicing of all the Towns Non HVAC air-conditioning units. Following completion of service the Town requests a breakdown of any the expected performance of the unit over the next 12 months, and any recommended remedial works.
