Summary and scope
In the 2018/2019 financial year the City of Bunbury intends to engage a Contractor to carry out Planting and Soft Works (Supply and Install) at Brockman Park, East Bunbury. Brockman Park will be landscaped and designed as a retention basin and biofilter for stormwater. The project will be used to welcome community involvement from the neighbouring school and will also be used by the school via direct access. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: a) Planting Works; b) Mulching; c) Soiling Works; d) Project Management; e) Site Clean-up; and f) All other Works as defined within the design drawings and specifications. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE SCHEDULE WILL BE ISSUED AS AN ADDENDUM
