Expression of Interest - Operation and Maintenance of Site Water Utilities

Summary and scope

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST WORKS INCLUDE: • Servicing, operating and maintaining; o Raw water systems including holding tanks, pumps and pipe networks o Raw water treatment facilities o Potable water conversions and reticulation system o Waste water and sewage treatment plant o Several remote satellite tanks around the site (sewage pickup and potable water distribution) o Distribution of treated sewage (sprayed or distributed into a MAW dam) o Fire suppression system • Water quality testing • Water quality reporting • Water quality control o Chemical handling o Chemical dosing o Water conditioning as necessary • Supply and management of necessary spare parts and consumables • Provide maintenance schedules • Report on incidents (defects, undesired test results, health and safety aspects etc.) • Test and calibrate applicable equipment and instrumentation • Undertake plant and equipment upgrades and modifications as per Company’s direction. This is an expression of interest only, full scope of work will be provided to the EOI shortlisted respondents.
