EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - The Carmichael Rail Network is seeking interested suppliers to provide the supply of Land Contamination Consultant Services. Brief scope of work: • Undertake all requirements under QLD Contaminated land legislation to investigate & report (both desktop and field survey/sampling) on multiple parcels of future rail corridor which are currently listed on the EMR and certify the areas suitable for use and for the movement of material off the Lot and Plan • Provision of appropriate suitably qualified persons - A suitably qualified person (often a contaminated land consultant) is a professional that has the necessary qualifications and experience to assess contaminated land and ensure that risks to human health and the environment have been appropriately managed. Mobilisation Timeframe: • July 2019 Note: This is an expression of interest. Shortlisted EOI respondents will be provided the full scope of work as part of the tender phase.
