FIFO Aircraft Operator and related Ground Support Services

Summary and scope

This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) seeks submissions from suitably qualified and experienced FIFO Aircraft Operator contractors to manage people logistics (FIFO) for the Carmichael Coal Mine Project. The scope of works for the FIFO Aircraft Operator includes : a) Process outbound passengers and baggage from departing regional airports for air transportation to Carmichael Coal Mine, and return. b) Execute charter flights to meet regulatory requirements, and to the frequencies required to meet Project requirements (airstrip 2C registered). c) Provide periodic reporting on FIFO operations, Aircraft/Aircrew licensing and regulatory compliance updates. d) Perform groundside operations of aerodrome, refuelling, etc. It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase. Any media request must not be provided unless without the express written permission of Adani Australia Media and Communications Manager or the Chief Executive Officer has been obtained in advance.
