Summary and scope

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - The Carmichael Rail Network is seeking interested suppliers to provide the supply of consultancy services to undertake auditing of planning approvals and environmental management system compliance performance. OBJECTIVES: Undertake all auditing requirements for the following scope: o Federal Approvals issued under the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act o Species Management Plans o State Issued EIS Approvals o Material Change Of Use Development Approvals o CEMP Implementation o EMS Implementation o ISO14001 Surveillance o Erosion and Sediment Control design and implementation Traditional Owner Country: Wangan & Jagalingou, Jangga and Birriah Mobilisation Timeframe: • July 2019 Qualifications & Licencing • Suitably qualified to undertake external audits • Meet any prescribed requirement under relevant approvals and or • Have lead auditor qualifications • Relevant auditing experience • Relevant industry experience • Have no conflict of interest with the project or Adani Business’ The following standards may be relevant to auditing activities: • AS/NZS ISO 14015-2001 Environmental Management – Environmental Assessment of Sites and Organisations • AS/NZS ISO/IEC 17021:2011 Conformity assessment - Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems • AS/NZS ISO 19011-2011 Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management • Systems Auditing ISO 19011:2011 Guidelines for auditing management systems. Note: This is an expression of interest. Shortlisted EOI respondents will be provided the full scope of work as part of the tender phase.
