Expression of Interest - Printing and Related Design Services

Summary and scope

Adani Carmichael Mine & Rail Project are seeking interested regional suppliers to provide print services on an as needed basis. Types of Printing Requirements: Work site requirements - Refer attached files for designs plus other printing requirements on an as ordered basis. Actual par levels of these will be established over the coming months but it can be expected that there will be a monthly order of several or all of the items on the table below. Refer to attachments for various designs required. Hazard Report Books JSEA Books (with duplicate pages) Plastic Notebook Covers (to hold take 5 and hazard books) Machinery and Plant Pre-Start Book Support Equipment Pre-Start Book Light and Medium Vehicle Pre-Start Book Safety Interaction Books High Voltage Isolation Tag Group Isolation Tag Equipment under test tag Take 5 books Other printing which may also be required regularly (although on a more adhoc basis)from the supplier under the same agreement may include: Personal Danger (Isolation) Tag Information Tag Out of service tag Lifesaving Rules posters Information cards to be inserted into notebook covers Traffic signs Safety signs Miscellaneous signage requirements Equipment Compliance labels Corporate Printing across a broad range of corporate stationery Marketing Materials – • Banners • Flyers/ Brochures • Exhibition displays • Posters • Booklets If your organisation receives a media request for television, radio, social media or other relating to the Adani Carmichael Mine or Rail Project, you must submit the request to ausmedia@adani.com.au. Any media request must not be provided unless without the express written permission of Adani Australia Media and Communications Manager or the Chief Executive Officer has been obtained in advance.
