Council currently uses a plain white paper base stock and envelope. It is desirable that the tenderer has provision to print and store left-over quantities on site between rating quarters. Rate notices, including the water summary, are issued quarterly in the months of January, April, July and October. The reminder letters are issued quarterly in the months of February, May, August and November. Council uses Property and Rating software supplied by Technology One Pty Ltd. The software produces a CSV output file. Council prefers to electronically transfer the file.
