Summary and scope

The scope of works will cover the monthly service for all 3 Town of Port Hedland Acquatic facilities, servicing all plant and equipment for South Hedland Aqativ Centre (SHAC), Marquee Park and Gratwick Aquatic Centre (GAC). Create a consistent service pattern to prevent any closures of facilities in the near future and create a preventative service plan rather than a reactive services program. At present PH Leisure has no previous service management agreement. This project will allow PH Leisure to create an ongoing 3 year monthly service plan for SHAC, GAC, Marquee Park. Procurement is required to give PH Leisure an idea of the contractors available and capacity to complete this work. The key component to the tender is to create and implement a preventative maintenance program to increase the life span of the existing plant and equipment and abide by any warranty obligations and requirements for new equipment. This project will give the Town of PH the capability to track completed works by contractors and create a maintenance schedule for the future.
