Summary and scope
Banking and Customer Service Payments Council is seeking to appoint a provider of banking and bill payment services for the period beginning 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2023 with an option of one (1) further three year (3) period at Council’s absolute discretion. It is the preference of Council to award the Contract to a single service provider, who will complete all banking requirements associated with the day to day function of the Council, and all functions associated with the receipting of transactions for rate payments, and other payments made to Council. All enquiries regarding the tender process or the Contract must be directed to Council via the City of Greater Dandenong / VendorPanel website Open Forum. Tenderers are advised that the Principal will not process any requests for tender clarification that are received within four working days prior to the Closing Time and Date for Lodgement of Tenders.
