Summary and scope

A review of the service has recommended future service delivery to: • Continue to cater to the needs of volunteers and agencies, applying expertise and strategies to engage and work with a culturally diverse community. • Maintain a strong local presence, ideally located centrally in Greater Dandenong and easily accessible by public transport, with the option to offer additional outreach services across the municipality. • Have a strong connection with local agencies including the ability to engage and work with organisations of all sizes within the municipality. ie: large non-profits and small sporting and social support groups All enquiries regarding the tender process or the Contract must be directed to Council via the City of Greater Dandenong / Vendorpanel website Open Forum.
