Summary and scope
The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: a) Provision of an overall concept design for Sykes Foreshore using the Site Layout Plan as a guide. The design is to include playground equipment (including public fitness equipment), associated park infrastructure including shelters, seating, drink fountains, barbeques, bins, picnic settings, bike rack, paths, turf and garden areas. This will form part of the assessment criteria. b) Removal and disposal of all existing playground equipment and aged infrastructure including existing shade structure, gazebo, barbeque, drink fountain, seating etc. c) Supply and installation of playground and exercise equipment (including 10+ play elements or less if customised specialty elements are included in the design), shade, soft fall and soft fall edging.
