Summary and scope
The City wishes to engage the services of a suitably experienced Consultant to help review the current AFL Preferred Facility Guidelines and develop concept designs to meet the needs of the user group and City specific to this site to meet the requirements of provision for Regional Facilities and AFL Category 4 Venues where possible. The developed concepts must take into account the future development potential for the whole Hands Oval precinct, in particular the mixed use activation opportunities along Spencer Street to the west and Clarke Street to the north, to ensure that any future development may be integrated easily into existing infrastructure. Please refer to the attached RFQ document and all Appendices PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A SUBMISSION IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THE ABOVE SERVICES. THE CITY DOES NOT WANT TO RECEIVE BLANTANT SALES PITCHES FOR BUILDING PRODUCTS AND ALIKE. THE CITY IS ONLY SEEKING SUITABLE CONSULTANTS THAT CAN DELIVER ON THIS PROJECT BRIEF.
