Summary and scope

The City of Bunbury (the City) has a strong focus on developing new ways of engaging, connecting and delivering services to our community and business partners. Currently, the City has not undertaken an envisioning phase of our customer and staff user experience, what services are required, or how our community wishes to connect with City provided services. Our current public facing digital presence is focused on providing information and printable materials through a number of sites that include the City of Bunbury main page, Bunbury Wildlife Park, South West Sports Centre, City of Bunbury Libraries, and the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery. The City has significant manual internal processes in support of services delivered to the community. There is a strong desire to connect community facing digital services, with a new internal digital workplace and robotic process automation (RPA) need. The successful respondent will engage with community, business and partner stakeholders to develop and deliver a blueprint of digital services to be provided by the City. This engagement represents the envisioning and discovery phase of the City digital services journey that will be used to form a subsequent package of work focused on build and delivery. Out of scope is the delivery of production builds, technology selections, platform or solution implementations. The core engagement objective is the delivery of a digital council-community service blueprint with supporting artefacts and information. This deliverable will guide the delivery phase as a separate piece of work. The subsequent delivery engagement will be focused on those core services that represent the greatest value to our stakeholders. The ad in the South West Times did not provide a closing time.
