Summary and scope
The Tenderer must provide the CGD Council with a fully tested, quality assured and working solution that: solution that: • Allows CGD officers to manage on-street parking across the Activity Centre • Identifies vehicle occupancy and overstays in accordance with prevailing parking restrictions • Seamlessly integrates with CGD’s Pinforce infringement delivery system • Is easy for council officers to configure and administer • Integrates with CGD’s current IT systems (either Cloud-based or via on-premises servers) • Allows officers’ single sign-on • Provides a dashboard for real-time as well as on-going recording of historical data including ability to produce reports regarding occupancy and length of stay • Expandable to allow customers to view parking availability via directional/wayfinding integrated signage • Once expanded, provides customers with information regarding parking availability, fee payment (including top up) and navigation through an online portal or similar – eg Web Portal and Mobile App • Compatible with existing CGD parking infrastructure (ticket machines) to allow for a dynamic pricing system. Tenderers are advised that the Principal will not process any requests for tender clarification that are received within four working days prior to the Closing Time and Date for Lodgement of Tenders.
