Summary and scope

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) seeks submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Rotary Aircraft Operators to manage adhoc people logistics requirements for the Carmichael Coal Mine Project and Carmichael Rail Network Project. The scope of works for the Rotary Aircraft Operator includes : a) Provide ad-hoc airlift and emergency helicopter services to Carmichael Coal Mine Project, Carmichael Rail Network Project, and operating entities when these projects complete. b) Provide disaster evacuation flight services to the mine and rail project on an ad-hoc basis, as deemed necessary during severe weather events which may require evacuation of staff. c) Meet all regulatory and safety requirements as directed by the relevant authorities. Provide periodic reporting on aircraft/operator licensing and regulatory compliance updates d) To be able to mobilise at relatively short notice, where reasonable notice is not possible It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase. Any media request must not be provided unless the express written permission of Adani Australia Media and Communications Manager or the Chief Executive Officer has been obtained in advance.
