Mount Barker District Council is seeking tenders for structural improvements and redevelopment works in the courtyard at its heritage listed Hahndorf Academy building located at Old Mount Barker Road, Hahndorf. The works are being tendered as three separable portions as follows and tenderers are encouraged to quote for one or more portions. Council will enter into a contract with either individual contractors for each portion or one head contractor for all three portions.
