Summary and scope
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of the air-conditioning related services as follows: (a) Routine scheduled servicing of its air-conditioning assets; (b) As required reactive servicing and repairs of malfunctioning air-conditioning assets; (c) As required replacement of air-conditioning assets; and (d) Refrigerant recovery services for Kununurra and Wyndham Landfills. The Contract will cover requirements for a period of two (2) years. Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Friday 28 February 2020. Tenders must be submitted via the VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 6 March 2020. Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the tender process
