Summary and scope
This is a fixed rate, schedule of rates contract for design, supply, installation, maintenance and management of Council’s fire protection equipment and associated systems, generally as listed in the Fire Protection Equipment Register and Schedule Of Rates (Register) to ensure Council remains compliant as required with the latest version of AS1851 - Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment, relevant fire legislation and regulations and the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations 2017. The contract will have a fixed five-year term and designed around a five-year rotational equipment test cycle.
