Request for Tender T04-19/20 Footpath Program 2019/20

Summary and scope

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and resourced contractors for construction of the following: (a) Kununurra Foreshore Path; (b) Kununurra Shared Loop Path; and (c) Footpath Renewal – Various. Respondents are able to tender on all or selected packages as above, and are entitled to utilise subcontractors provided this is disclosed. Please note: Respondents or subcontractors located outside of the Kimberley Region will need to comply with the State Government’s requirements for COVID-19 quarantining. All costs associated with such requirements are to be considered by the respondent. Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the VendorPanel website, prior to 12:00pm, Friday 24 April 2020. Tenders must be submitted via the VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Tuesday 28 April 2020. Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the tender process.
