Summary and scope
In early 2015 the Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) appointed Roejen Services to undertake an audit of the pool equipment/systems and maintenance requirements relating to water filtration, pool heating, chemical disinfection, chemical storage, water recycling and regulatory conformance associated with all of Council’s pools. The purpose of the audit was to determine if the equipment and systems described are operating satisfactorily for their intended purpose. The audit evaluated the level of maintenance conducted on the pool systems and compared them back to industry standards and manufacturer service requirements. The information from Roejen Services audit has been used in the formation of the tender.
