Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced operators to provide an Outdoor Film Festival & a series of workshops for a period of two years, consisting of 2020 & 2021, with potential for an extension of one year, consisting of 2022. Council requires one (1) outdoor film festival and at least eight (8) film workshops. The film workshops are to be provided to schools and their students (preferably upper primary and secondary classes) across the region to teach the students about film production, whilst creating their own unique short film.
