Summary and scope

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - QUALITY INSPECTION/ AUDIT SERVICES SCOPE OF WORK (SUMMARY) CRN invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing third party quality auditing services. Firms should provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform/provide the services. The duration of the assignment is expected to last no more than six months with an expected start date of early August (subject to change). The locations of the assignment are Rockhampton, Proserpine, Whyalla and Brisbane, subject to change. Estimdated days required; • Rockhampton - max 12 days per month, min 5 days per month • Proserpine - max 5 days per month, min 2 days per month • Whyalla - max 5 days per month, min 2 days per month • Brisbane - max 2 days per month, min 1 day per month Scope of inspections include but not limited to: Concrete bridge girders Concrete sleepers Culverts Concrete pipes Steel Rail Turnout manufacture Signals and associated equipment Background of inspectors should be: • Civil/Structural for girders and culverts • Mechanical/Metallurgical for the rail/turnouts • Electrical/Instrumentation for the signalling It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase.
