Request for Tender for Flematii Park Landscaping

Summary and scope

The City of Armadale requires landscape construction works including, but not limited to paving, park furniture, basketball ½ court, playground, shelter, planting of tubestock and trees, metal edging to trees, turfing and mulching, irrigation design and construction. The Principal’s objective is to provide a flexible community space for the local district, including connecting footpaths, picnic table, seating and shelter, and a basketball ½ court. In conjunction with the playspace area is a small pump track to provide opportunities for bike skills and confidence-building in a safe location. This is Stage One of a larger Public Open Space design, with future stages to be implemented as the suburb expands. To achieve this objective, we require the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor, with the appropriate skills and resources to undertake these works.
