Summary and scope

Local Buy is establishing a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) to cater for a diverse range of Call Centre & Customer Administration Services to assist Purchasers in managing their individual requirements. The intent of this new LGA Arrangement is to provide Purchasers in Queensland with continued easy access to Call Centre & Customer Administration Services by appointing a panel of suppliers who have the technical, financial and managerial capacity and capability to meet the requirements of this Specification. This LGA Arrangement is aimed at delivering a volume aggregated benefit to Purchasers by harnessing the collective purchasing power of the Local Government sector and providing effective and stream-lined procurement processes. Purchasers will have an optimal choice of service providers who have a strong regional presence, thereby promoting the development of competitive local business and industry, whilst providing commercially robust rates and terms and conditions of contract.
