All personnel attending the inspection must register their intention with Council's contact person prior to midday Friday, 5 September 2020. In accordance with S228 (7) of Local Government Regulation 2012, if Council changes the offer specifications, council may invite all offerers to change their offer to take account of the change in the offer specifications before making a decision on the offers. The lowest or any submission received will not necessarily be accepted.
