RFT2021/004 Provision of Mechanical Services (Air-Conditioning)

Summary and scope

The City of Bunbury is seeking tenders for a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of mechanical services which involves the ongoing management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and water systems to City of Bunbury assets. This is a request for lump sum prices for the routine servicing, faults and preventative maintenance services to the various units nominated in this request, it also includes commercial refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, cool rooms as well as minor works associated with maintenance to these units. Also included is a once-off inspection and condition rating audit on the existing air-conditioning units. The Air conditioning systems at the Administration Building, Southwest Sports Centre and the Town Library are controlled by a Building Management System (BMS). Contractors are required to demonstrate their experiences and knowledge in maintaining and managing these systems. The sites and actual number of items of plant and equipment that are included in the contract may change from time to time during the contract works and may include new buildings once any builders defects periods have expired.
