Summary and scope
The Alpine Shire Council has a requirement to maintain their many buildings and facilities. As part of this general maintenance requirement we have need of the services of a operator/contractor to carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance to buildings and facilities on a regular and/or emergency basis, for a two-year period ending June 2022. Because of the need to maintain our Council buildings and facilities in a state of readiness for public use, most jobs will have a short delivery time frame. To meet Procurement Policy requirements, the Alpine shire wishes to identify suitable contractors based within a 100 km radius from the Alpine Shire boundary and implement a pre-approved panel for General Maintenance Electrical Services by region and for the entire Shire. This pre-approved panel will be reviewed at 12 monthly intervals.
