LVRC-20-224 - Lease and Operation of Cultural Centre Cafe & Function Centre

Summary and scope

PURPOSE LVRC seeks to appoint a two (2) year lease arrangement for each Zone detailed herein, through an expression of interest (EOI) process, with the intent to appoint suitably skilled and experienced persons/ organisations capable of delivering quality. LVRC will consider applications from interested parties that offer a proposal to lease and operate the functional areas outlined at section 5 Zones. The EOI process is as follows: • The EOI is released publicly seeking Applications. • Applications are received within the Applications period and evaluated. • Applications determined by the Evaluation Panel to meet the mandatory requirements and provide the relevant Evaluation Criteria responses in line with the intent of the EOI are shortlisted. • Request for Tender released to the shortlisted Applicants. • Award a Lease/s for the operation of the Cultural Centre Café and/or the Function Centre. By submitting an EOI Application, you acknowledge that any Request for Tender Process will be conducted solely for the benefit of Council and that an Application or Tender does not create any contract or other legally enforceable relationship between the Applicant and Council. Council reserves the right to not conduct or to discontinue any Expression of Interest process and Request for Tender Process or part thereof, as it deems necessary
