Summary and scope

Offers are invited for the Lump Sum Contract for the supply and installation of the Yarraman Waste Water Treatment Plant Sediment Tank refurbishments. Offers will be received up until 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday 10th November 2020. Please note a mandatory site inspection has been scheduled for 09:00am on Wednesday 21st October, 2020. Details of the meeting point for the inspection can be obtained by contacting Council’s contact person via the details provided. All personnel attending the inspection must register their intention with Council’s contact person prior to midday, Monday 19th October, 2020. In accordance with S 228 (7) of Local Government Regulation 2012, if Council changes the offer specifications, Council may invite all offerers to change their offers to take account of the change in the offer specifications before making a decision on the offers. The lowest or any submissions received will not necessarily be accepted.
