Summary and scope
Ipswich City Council (Council) is currently in the process of constructing a new Council Administration Building at Bremer Street. As part of the completion the new building, Council requires all meeting rooms, executive offices, training rooms, event spaces, Chambers and the Councillor lounge to be fitted out with suitable audio-visual equipment to ensure that the building meets Council’s operational requirements. As such, Council is seeking to engage a contractor to undertake the design, supply and installation of audio-visual equipment within the nominated areas of the new Administration Building in accordance with the Requirements and Technical Specifications.
