Summary and scope

Major enhancement works are scheduled for delivery and completion by the end of 2022 to increase the operating capacity of the WTP by up to 15ML/d and to improve operational constraints to ensure the increased load can be managed. TRC has decided that the work will be delivered using an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach. The ECI approach offers a number of advantages over traditional contracts ensuring that there is an element of contractor involvement in developing the design, risk allocation and programming the works. Through this Expression of Interest (EOI), TRC is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to express interest in participating in the ECI process. This EOI is for the all works associated in the design, construction and commissioning for the upgrade works to Mt Kynoch Water Treatment Plant.
