Request for Tender for Electrical Maintenance Services for Facilities

Summary and scope

The City of Armadale (Principal) requires a suitably qualified, resourced and licensed electrical contractor to undertake the provision of electrical inspections, electrical maintenance and minor works pertaining to the Principal’s Buildings. The Principal’s objective is to provide an efficient and effective electrical maintenance programme that reduces operator risk, public risk and maintain compliance with standards. The Contractor will be expected to have staff available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year and is required to attend to the site and installation within the time frames documented herein. The electrical contractor is to have extensive experience with electrical installation maintenance for all types of wiring system including but not limited to buildings, consumer main, submains, final circuits, automatic control devices and lighting systems. The Contractor must employ full time registered electricians and apprentices and maintain a suitably resourced work force and hold an open cabler licence.
