Invitation to Tender Carmichael Coal Mine: Coal Handling Plant Package: C03 – Tunnel Backfill Dear Bidder, G&S Projects Pty Ltd has been awarded an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the Carmichael Coal Mine – Coal Handling Plant Project by Adani Mining Pty Ltd. We are seeking competitive bids from market leaders and your company has been invited to submit a tender for the Tunnel Backfill component of the Project. Included in this invitation is the following: • Tender Acknowledgement • Conditions of Tendering • Confidentiality Agreement • Draft Contract • Technical Specifications/drawings (if applicable) • Returnable Schedules Please ensure all paperwork is completed and returned by the nominated closing date. Incomplete Tenders will be considered non-conforming. All Tenders must be submitted as specified in Section 3 of the Conditions of Tendering.
