Request for Tender T05-20/21 Demolition of the Kununurra Civic Centre

Summary and scope

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking tenders from suitable contractors for the demolition of the Kununurra Civic Centre at 115 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra. The Request for Tender is comprised of three (3) separable portions with respondents able to tender on all or selected portions as follows: (a) Separable Portion 1: Asbestos removal and disposal; (b) Separable Portion 2: Demolition and disposal of the remaining building; and (c) Separable Portion 3: Supply and erection of garrison fencing. Respondents may inspect the facility on request by contacting the Senior Procurement and Contracts Officer via tenders@swek.wa.gov.au Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the respondents VendorPanel account, prior to 2:00pm, Friday 4 December 2020. Submissions must be submitted via the respondents VendorPanel account www.vendorpanel.com.au The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 11 December 2020. Submissions submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be accepted. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any potential respondents canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the tender process.
