TEN/0032 Prequalified Supplier Panel for Pest Management

Summary and scope

Bundaberg Regional Council established this Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Pest Management expiring 30 June 2023. The panel covers the removal and management of Insects spiders and rodents, as well as termite inspections and treatments and fumigation. Current suppliers are invited to refresh their rates and product offering, in the Panel arrangement. New suppliers are also invited to enter the Panel during this refresher as set out under Section 232 of the Local Government Regulations (Qld 2012). As each individual location has its own unique pest management needs, panel members will not be required to supply a pricing schedule. Successful panel members will be given the opportunity to quote on blocks of works packaged by categories and geographical locations. Suppliers will receive quote requests through the e-procurement platform and will be required to submit the return quotes through the platform. Any works estimated to be over $200,000 (ex GST) will be publicly tendered. The selection of a Supplier from the Register, for a particular job, will be at the discretion of Council officers, after consideration of the Suppliers listed details on capability or capacity and factors such as the nature of the work, the likely cost of responding at the required location and the Supplier’s assessed performance on previous works.
