Summary and scope
Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified local Building Contractor for the Das Neumann Haus Rectification Works. LVRC intend for the Building Contractor to be the Head Contractor for the rectification works. The rectification works will include replacing the front entry stairs and the damaged timber in the front landing, upgrading the rooftop balcony, pigeon proofing the upstairs balconies and painting the exterior of the building. The front entry and rooftop balcony works will be based on the detailed design that has been completed by Struxi Design Pty Ltd. The Das Neumann Haus is proposed to shut down over January and February 2021. The rectification works will need to be completed during this period. There is a Site Inspection on 10am Wednesday, 02 December 2020. Please register to attend the site inspection by emailing tenders@lvrc.qld.gov.au.
