RFT2021/008 Design and Construction of New Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) Facility Building

Summary and scope

The City of Bunbury is looking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to design and construct a new CDS facility building at 21 McCombe Road, Davenport WA. The successful Contractor will be required to complete: a) The design, fabrication and construction of the shed b) Site survey, preparation and earthworks to achieve the specified levels for the shed slab c) The design and installation of the structural slab/s for the shed d) The design and construction of all shed spaces and structures as noted in the scope of works and specifications. e) All associated electrical and hydraulic works for the building f) Internal fit out g) The completion and submission of all licensing and approval requirements plus associated fee’s for all works associated to this project. h) Allow the City of Bunbury to access the site for installation of the bitumen trafficable area (designed and supply by others). There will be scheduling requirements to be noted here to allow contractor cross over. i) All height and safety installations to all roofing areas requiring access and future maintenance. j) Provision of any required working drawings and “As-Constructed” Drawings on completion of the Works.
