TCOF incorporates 15 flagship events, which are hosted by Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) including a Side Show Alley activation. The Side Show Alley event is held across 3 days in the heart of the CBD in the beautiful Queens Park. Offeror will be required to event manage Side Show Alley during the third weekend in September.
